Russell “Rusty” Payne, 49, of Cameron, passed away on January 29.
He is survived by his wife, Michelle; children, Cassie Gill, Brooke Payne and Ian Payne; mother, Novella Payne; and sister, Teresa Gravely.
The celebration of life for Russell Payne will be held at Appleyard’s Home for Funerals, in Rice Lake, on Friday from 10 a.m. until 1 p.m., with a brief service at 1 p.m.
