Nicholas Burgess, 45, passed away on January 12.
He is survived by his mother, Terri Burgess; children, Brooklyn Magana and Colby Pavlik; significant other, Danialle Mittlesteadt; brothers, Adam Burgess and Jeremy Nelson; and sister, Chrissy LaBrie.
The celebration of life for Nicholas Burgess will be held at Bloomer Moose Lodge, on Sunday from 11 a.m. until 2 p.m.
